Belgrave Square

After the German embassy project, we were asked to restore and replace this dangerously failing urn on the other side of the square. Several futile attempts had been made in the past by others to shore up this item, but in the end, the only sensible option was to remove it entirely.

It was our job to piece the urn back together, restore it and form a silicone mould. We then cast the replacement hollow to allow for a very thick, stainless steel threaded bar to pass through from top to bottom, effectively bolting it down firmly to the parapet wall of the house.
